Celebrating the heart of community at the Berkeley County Youth Fair
One of our favorite weeks of the year is in August, when the youth of Berkeley County get the opportunity to show their hard work at the Berkeley County Youth Fair.
As a Grand Champion Sponsor and marketing partner with the Fair, Kisner Communication manages this beloved non-profit’s digital media platforms, production of marketing materials including the all-new designed Fair Book in 2025. Plus, KC manages the marketing budget and design of all media elements to help promote the fair to the community and beyond. It truly is a labor of love.
The Kisner Communications team not only provides marketing services for the fair all year long, but also have had the honor in years past to broadcast live from the fairgrounds daily with TV10 for those who were unable to attend this beloved tradition in person. Mary Beth and Lexy enjoyed co-hosting this daily show interviewing local guests of honor, entertainers and exhibitors for several years.

Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce
Kisner Communications was honored to be selected to create the 100th Anniversary Logo as well as the 2026 Chamber Guide for the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce in 2025! This unique tool shares the vision and activities of the Chamber, while also including current member directories in its 100-page format. The Chamber Guide is available for viewing online at the Chamber’s website or you can pick up your copy of the guide by visiting their office on King Street.
Christmas Cash for Kids
One small act of generosity can rewrite a child’s Christmas morning. Christmas Cash for Kids, in its 20th year of providing Christmas to local families facing financial challenges, is a collaborative effort we’re honored to partner with, from logo design to production of marketing materials and management of digital media, our goal is to amplify their message.

Apple Harvest Festival
One of our greatest passions is serving our community! Our owner, Mary Beth, is honored to serve on the Mountain State Apple Harvest Festival Board, and Lexy, a former MSAHF Court Member, also has a special place in her heart for serving this non-profit organization. Kisner Communications serves as the festival’s marketing extension, managing digital media, advertising and in 2025, was the designer of the official Souvenir Magazine! Festival weekend, you’ll find us everywhere serving this great 4-day event, even announcing the parade on Queen Street.
Miss West Virginia Organization
Sometimes work, community service, and and championing the next generation of women leaders is a package deal! We are so honored to have had the opportunity the past 7 years to partner with the Miss West Virginia Organization to design their 300+ Souvenir Competition Magazine, as well as provide a variety of design services pro-bono throughout the year! There’s nothing like the excitement of competition week in June- Mary Beth being backstage handling last minute design needs, while Lexy serves as the voice of Miss West Virginia announcing the competition and emceeing the Red Carpet pre-show.
