Mary Beth Blair
In 1991, not long after earning her Bachelors Degree from Marshall University, “MBB” came back home to Berkeley County to start her own creative agency. Drawing inspiration from her father’s civic and entrepreneurial example, Kisner Communications was born. Not only has she lead the company successfully over three decades, but also raised a family of three with her husband Rob and is extremely passionate about serving the community. Rob is currently the Sheriff of Berkeley County, a position her father held in the 80s. Once the Sheriff’s daughter, now MBB is the Sheriff’s wife!

Lexy Blair
A graduate of Blue Ridge Community and Technical College, with an Associates Degree in both Digital Media and Applied Technology, Lexy is putting her design and digital skills to work for all of our clients creating content that is engaging, using all the latest trends. As the first Gen Z member of our team, Lexy’s perspective is not only valued, but crucial as we work to create content that attracts consumers of all ages. As the voice of the Miss West Virginia competition, Lexy also lends her broadcasting skills for voiceover work for clients and as a commentator for local events.
